I attended many conferences and meetings for interpreters and translators since I joined American Translators Association. The first major one was the Annual ATA Conference in Denver, CO, October 2010.

Joined IMIA, the International Medical Interpreters Association.
Joined the legal, medical and education rosters in the state of Minnesota, USA.

Joined UMTIA (Upper Midwest Translators and Interpreters Association) and attended the General Membership Annual Meeting on the 14th of May, 2011.

Attended the "Genetics Workshop for Healthcare Interpreters" organized by UMTIA in Minneapolis, MN on the 21st of May, 2011.

Attended the "Interpret America Summit" in Washington D.C on the 17th-18th of June, 2011.

Attended the XIXth World Congress of FIT (International Federation of Translators) between the 1st-4th of August 2011 in San Francisco, CA, USA.

Fluent in Romanian, can also read/write in French, Italian, Russian.
Will also take appointments for "Moldovan". The official language of the Republic of Moldova is Romanian/Moldovan, though.
